Kepong is our HQ, located in Taman Usahawan Kepong. If you live outside Puchong, around Kepong itself, or Mont Kiara way, this branch is the most convenient.
Honestly, parking in Kepong is much easier than central KL. No circling around looking for spots. First-timers sometimes miss it β it's not inside a big shopping mall, it's a standalone shop. Search "AnsuranPhone SPR Kepong" in Google Maps for the most reliable navigation.

SPR Klang β Bandar Bukit Tinggi / Setia Alam Catchment
Klang branch is in Bandar Bukit Tinggi. If you live in Setia Alam, Klang town, or the west side of Shah Alam β no need to drive all the way to KL.
Klang's customer base is mixed β factory workers, construction crew, young professionals just starting their careers, credit card declined but with stable monthly pay. For situations like this, AnsuranPhone fits perfectly. Payslip proves income, that's enough. We don't check whether you have a card.

SPR Puchong β Around IOI Mall / Bandar Puteri
Puchong branch is near IOI Mall, Bandar Puteri area. Puchong residents should feel this the most β the lifestyle ecosystem is complete here, but previously for phone installment you had to either drive to KL or shop online. Now you can settle it within your own area.
From Bukit Jalil it's not far. Folks from Sri Petaling, Kinrara β 10-15 minutes drive.
I'd say the IOI Mall branch is the most family-friendly. Parking is fine, bringing kids along works. Not that the others are bad, this one just has slightly better surrounding amenities.

Step 1: WhatsApp Us First
No need to come to the store just to ask. WhatsApp us directly. Tell us which model you want, where you live, roughly what your monthly salary is. We'll confirm stock and tell you the nearest branch.
Step 2: Submit IC + Payslip
Documents are simple: IC + latest month's payslip. Snap photos and send. No need to make a special trip just to submit.
Step 3: Wait for JCL Approval, ~7 Days
This step takes a little patience. JCL approval is roughly 7 working days. Some get it faster, some exactly 7 days, but delays are rare. We'll update you during this period.
Step 4: Sign at the Store, Take It Home Same Day
Once approved, book a time at the nearest branch, sign the agreement, confirm the model, take it home. The in-store process usually takes under an hour.

Where is the nearest branch?
Depends where you live: Kepong / Mont Kiara β go to SPR Kepong (Taman Usahawan Kepong). Klang / Setia Alam / west Shah Alam β SPR Klang (Bandar Bukit Tinggi). Puchong / Bukit Jalil / Sri Petaling β SPR Puchong (around IOI Mall / Bandar Puteri).
I live in PJ / Damansara / Cheras / Ampang / Rawang / Kajang. Delivery?
We deliver, but not every area is covered. WhatsApp first to confirm your address. Delivery starts after approval and signed agreement β not the moment you order. For outlying areas (Rawang outer, Kajang outer), ask in advance.
How long is approval?
JCL approval ~7 working days. After you submit documents they follow up. No need to chase, but if more than 7 days pass with no update, WhatsApp to ask.
What to bring to the store?
Original IC + latest month's payslip. Just those two. If you already WhatsApped the docs earlier, the in-store visit is mostly signing the agreement. But the original IC still has to come with you for verification.
Sometimes installments feel complicated only because no one bothered to explain it properly.
