1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AnsuranPhone website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

2. Installment Services

Installment plans are subject to approval by the financial provider (JCL Credit Leasing or Atome). AnsuranPhone acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee application approval. All prices and plans are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or permanent residents, aged 18 and above, and meet the minimum income requirements set by the financial provider.

4. Payment and Penalties

Installment payments must be made according to the set schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges as stated in the installment contract. Failure to pay may result in legal action by the financial provider.

5. Product Warranty

All phones sold through AnsuranPhone are covered by manufacturer warranty. AnsuranPhone is not responsible for damage caused by users or improper use.
