Phone Installment in Kulai

Kulai is not Johor Bahru. JB is built around workers commuting across to Singapore; Kulai is anchored to Senai International Airport, the large factories in Kulai Jaya, and the Iskandar Coastal Highway commuters who run in and out of JB-Singapore but live here because the housing math is more sensible.

Main corridors: AEON Kulai, the shoplots along Jalan Kulai-Air Hitam, and the access roads into the Senai industrial estate. A lot of customers come in after a Senai factory shift, or are Iskandar Coastal commuters taking a break in Kulai before heading home. Many of our customers live in Kulai but earn in Singapore dollars — that changes how they pick a phone, and the installment.

Popular models: Samsung Galaxy A36 and iPhone 15 or 16. Customers earning SGD usually take 12-month installments because they want to close it out quickly.
