Phone Installment in Putrajaya

Putrajaya is not KL. KL is the commercial capital — Putrajaya is the federal administrative city, planned from scratch to be the country's tidiest concentration of government offices. Our installment customers here are almost all civil servants — ministry officers, PETRONAS HQ staff, plus PERKESO, KWSP, and the agencies whose offices terminate in Precincts 1 through 19.

Main corridors: Alamanda Putrajaya, IOI City Mall (across the boundary, but many of our customers pick up there), and the Putrajaya Sentral ERL station for customers who live in Cyberjaya or KL but work here. Customers usually come in after office hours — 5.30 to 7 PM — and that is the real peak window for us.

Popular models: the Samsung Galaxy S, iPhone (almost always Pro for Grade 41 and above), and occasionally a previous-generation Galaxy with stylus for senior officers used to the S Pen. The 24-month installment is most popular because civil servants want a commitment that lines up with their posting cycle. The nuance we see: government customers ask a lot about official warranty and proper receipts — those matter more to them than the headline price.
