Phone Installment in Tumpat

Tumpat sits at the far north end of Kelantan, with the Tumpat railway station as the terminus of the KTM central-north line. Our installment customers here: local fishermen, KTM staff, traders selling the dried fish and budu produced in the area, and a few kampung families living along the northern Kelantan coast.

Main corridors: Tumpat town, the area around the railway station, and the shoplots along Jalan Pengkalan Kubor heading toward the border. Customers usually come in after returning from the sea (for fishermen), or after KTM work is done. Foot traffic is not a rush — but it is consistent.

Best sellers: Samsung Galaxy A and Vivo Y for fishermen and KTM staff — big batteries that hold up to a day of outdoor work, 36-month installments keeping monthly under RM50. Fisherman customers usually pay in cash on a good catch day, and some pay two or three months at once after a good catch season — very similar to Bentong's durian-season buyers, but with fish.
